My food diary story:

Monday-Friday, I mostly eat low-carb meals with lots of veggies. I'm a salad fanatic so eat salads almost daily. I was tracking my meals using a food scale and the Lose it app for about 6 months but stopped wanting to see how I do without it. I went from 180 to 168 but back at 170. I'm steady right now but I feel like my weight might creep up again. My goal is to get to 165 but I actually feel comfortable at 168. I will start tracking again and try to cutback the snacking. I love seeing everyone's meals in the food group which inspire me to make different healthy meals.
