As a post gastric bypass patient of 7 years I have struggled to keep up with my macro goals. But, after I joined This group I have managed to lose my first 10 pounds after being stuck at 190 since July! I joined This community in September, and it is full of knowledgeable women who motivate and encourage you on a daily.

Tip 1: make breakfast lunch and first snack as full of protein as posible so you’re not struggling like me when dinner time rolls around 😅.
Tip 2: as soon as you wake up drink 16oz of water to get a head start on fluid intake. Now, let’s continue to make this journey fun!
