As much as I love cooking, prepping and making the foods that I eat. I’ve got to show some love to my favorite snacks that save me time, and hit the spot. (They’re not too bad calorie wise either). Sometimes you just want something sweet, savory or quick, without breaking the caloric bank. Enjoy!

Hot Chocolate (i just mix with water and it hits the spot)
Clear Whey (protein juice! Add water and ice cubes and enjoy)

Coconut Aminos (soy sauce alternative -lower sodium)
Roasted Garlic Sauce (lower cals than mayo)
