Seaweed wrapped salmon
I stumbled upon this gem of a snack by just deciding to try something outside of what I’d normally eat.
I know seaweed is eaten in many cultures, and by many people; but it’s never been anything I have tried or seen others eat in my circle. And I think friends, that we have been missing out.
I’ve paired these wasabi flavored seaweed crisps with canned salmon and canned tuna - and it is SO GOOD. I season the meat with furikake seasoning (bought at a korean grocery store) and a drizzle of siracha mayo and go to town. What a filling snack with great macros!
