Hi it’s Marika here I generally eat 2 big meals a day which are usually focused around protein but sometimes if I fancy something like oats I may add protein powder or have a shake on the side.
Then I have snacks usually Greek yogurt/ cottage cheese/fruit/rice cakes along those lines.
I don’t count calories as I have been on a maintenance diet for a long time and I know how much I can eat to stay between my 165-170 pound happy place.
If however I feel like I’m getting heavy I will track calories for a week or 2 to get back on track.
Here is what I typically eat in a day
