Watermelon Fruit Pizza

My current favorite snack

My favorite snack this entire summer, has to be what I’m calling a watermelon pizza. I’ve been snacking on watermelon all summer long, but coating it with a thin layer of yogurt and sprinkling some fruit and a handful of chopped almonds on top….well it’s just phenomenal. This snack is super quick and easy to make, its low calorie and very delicious. This meal idea will be included in the second volume of my ebook which hasn’t been released yet!   • 450g watermelon

  • 60g lowfat greek yogurt (coconut flavored)

  • 25g blueberries

  • 35g raspberries

  • 5g almonds

  • 15g honey

  • garnish with mint
